About Equanimity

Calm support. Careful work. Real clarity.

SMFounder & bookkeeper

I believe bookkeeping should make your business feel clearer—not more complicated.

I founded Equanimity Bookkeeping to give small business owners the kind of support I value most: accurate work, thoughtful communication, and a steady presence when the details feel overwhelming.

I bring more than six years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience, an Associate’s degree in Accounting, and QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification. My background includes monthly close, cleanup projects, payroll and sales-tax support, financial reporting, and detailed reconciliations across restaurants, hospitality, real estate, construction, and professional services.

I’m especially at home in the work that requires patience and investigation—finding why accounts do not tie, tracing deposits across multiple systems, and turning the answer into a clear workpaper someone else can follow.

What you can expect

Bookkeeping grounded in three simple values.

01

Accuracy

Careful review, documented support, and reconciliations that hold up under a second look.

02

Communication

Clear questions, practical explanations, and timely updates without unnecessary accounting jargon.

03

Equanimity

A composed, methodical approach that brings order to messy records and helps you move forward confidently.

A strong fit

You care about getting the details right—but you don’t want to manage them alone.

  • You want reliable numbers and a consistent monthly process.
  • You appreciate straightforward, responsive communication.
  • Your business has multiple accounts, platforms, or revenue streams.
  • You need a bookkeeper who can investigate—not just categorize.
